Hello! Good news on the way!

It is actually you who cause your own suffering! None of the outside factors! Yay!

So, the same way you created the pain in your life, you can also stop it, step by step 🙂 Yes, you have such power. How long did it take you to believe in all the things you believe now? Some of them a few years, some of them less or more, some of them you have been learning all your life. So please take this into consideration when reading further – You definitely was not born with them.

Those beliefs, when you nurture them and believe in them over and over again, day by day, they become very powerful and deeply rooted in you. Their speed and weight grows constantly when you think about them or meet the situation where they are confirmed.
It is like watering the plant, let’s say.

How about putting away this watering can? 🙂
Since you have managed to grow them to such dimensions, you can also transform them. Yes, people can change. Neither your ‚personality’ is ‚set in stone’, nor is your future. The problem is, that we expect changes the next day, but in the same way that your plant will not die after one day without watering, your beliefs won’t change the next day either (generally).
If we are systematic and thinking about something that feels good to us and expecting excellent things happening to us, this „habit” will eventually soak into us. The first little difference you’ll notice immediately, though. You will notice, the wonderful feeling these thoughts bring.

Every thought carries a particular vibration. That’s why every thought makes us feel a particular way. Be aware of how you feel and what thought caused it. It is a great practice becuase we can then correct it and transform it to the better one. Depending on how we feel we also send the vibrations out. The more you feel one way the more speed this vibration gets. As I wrote in previous post we are like magnets, our emotions helps create our lives – what you send then you shall receive. Therefore, the more we think and believe, for example, that we are shy, the more thoughts like this we attract. What’s more, later we find ourselves in the real situation that confirms that. And here we are, in the loop.

But this loop would not be so bad if it was a good feeling loop, right? 🙂

How is it, that one thought feels so delightful and the other one makes you wanna cry? This is an amazing tool to determine how far did we get away from our natural ‚state’, the way we were created.

So let it be your compass. Whenever you feel angry/bad/depressed/ or any emotion that just does not feel right, you then know that you are getting away of the perfect ‚You’.
We can assess the weight of pain this emotion carries and then simply acknowledge it, don’t beat up on yourself that it comes, and finally correct its direction, by deliberately choosing the positive, lighter thought.

It is worth repeating to not feel dissapointed and guilty when the difficult thoughts and moments come. They are simply for us to experience them and then to make appropriate adjustments. They are the indicators/signs to help us get closer to how we want to feel! They show us the directions we want to go, and those which we don’t.

Because… how would we know what things, situations and experiences we like if we would not have those “bad” ones?
